Communication was supportive in real ways. Appointments prompt and efficient. After-care directions clear and included a small handout with review of those directions, as well as frequently asked issues and emergency contact info. Staff followed up with phone calls after procedure. Everyone consistently friendly, supportive and professional. I highly recommend Dr Carl Johnson and staff.
